I find the pools amazing. The service from the staff was really good. It felt very friendly. The breakfast buffet offered many interesting choices and premium yummy choices.
Waiting times for elevators are long as there are only three for many guests.

The lobby entrance is amazing. I was charmed by its beauty. the pool was also a highlight. It was very clean and well kept. breakfast offered much variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection.
the directions to the nearest toilet from the bar were unclear, requiring some extra searching.

The Indonesian restaurant had amazing, diverse food options. The facilities are beautiful. The team was very friendly. The beachfront location offers great relaxation with bar service. A great perk is that the hotel offers bikes for hire. The first hour is free (I actually enjoyed it).
The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours. There were long waiting times.
